CNY 1st dae HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!! Todae is the 1st dae of the Chinese New year.... 11+ going 12 went to my uncle house... as usual, eat steamboat... den very sianz... my cousin took out poker cards and i learnt how to play da lau er (dai di)... No fun cos my cousin win all the way... My sis and i keep shuffling the card... hehe... Then nth to do again... SO we decided to watch movie... The only movie my cousin is interested in is Huo Yuan Jia... Went cathay... so many ppl queuing... looks lyk there are many ppl sian during CNY... the 3.40 pm slot left wif very bad seats so we chose the 5 pm 1... Went to timezone for tt 1+ hr... Had quite a fun time... Reaching 5 so went back cathay.... The show was NC 16 so i was scared tt the person wud check me, as i hab not reached my birthdae... My cousin taught me this: Walk behind him, let my sis give the tic, lower my head, dun laugh, look serious and keep munching popcorns... Hehe.. it relli works!! Maybe i look too mature... Suddenly rmb sihui... She might not be able to enter cos i said she looks lyk she skipped school from pri 6 to sec 4... Hehe... Dun look down on that, cos ppl wud think she is a genius... Muahahaha... ok, Just kd... Omg... i watched 2 movies in 3 daes... A big hole in my pocket... I not stupid too and Huo Yuan Jia... Ok lar... both were quite good... Let me note down wat i watched... Cos i dunno wat i can recall... Hmmm... Lets c... I not stupid too Reflects alot of wat is happening in the society... Teenagers can esp agree wif alot of things in the movie.... The 'so lame', handphones banned in school, teacher beat the student, parents cant communicate well wif parents etc... It is a 'touching comedy'... Hehe... i think most gals will cry in some scenes, esp the father plead the ah ma for nt reportin his son and ask her to put all the blames on him and the son steal money to make up $500 to buy his father's 1 hr and watch his performance... Its also very funny wif all the ah ma saying the "so lame, coolman, watever" and the "en, ah, orh"... Huo Yuan Jia The same old story again... Huo yuan jia didn want to lose to any1 and became a very good fighter... However, he was very arrogant... Den due to that, 4 innocent ppl died... 2 of which was his mother and daughter.... He even lost his best fren.... den he became yi zhi xiao chen... Spent a few yrs in a village wif a blind girl.... There, he appreciate life, the real use of martial arts and repent his mistakes... He decided to go back... He see foreigners winning chinese in lei4 tai2 and callin them 'dong ya bing fu'... He decided to challenge them for pride of chinese... of cos, he won all the way till 1 of the japanese put poison in his water so tt jap cn win.... He was poisoned but still fight on... he could hab won if he used the final attack but he did nt... but the jap fighter knew Huo yuan jia shud hab won and in honour, announced he was the winner.... den Huo yuan jia died... Oh yes, i heard gun3 he1 tao2, the drum piece we played during the sec 1 orientation... It was played before the unfair fight of Huo yuan jia 1 person to 4 foreigner fighters in 4 rounds... Haha... CNY Eve It is 4.22 am in the morning now... Its CNY eve le!!! fm 9.33 is playing zhang shao han's pan duo la... Msn have oni 2 ppl... staus both away... Well, i did not suffer from insomnia and wake up at this wee hours... In fact, i did not sleep all night... Hehe... Damn high... I did last minute spring cleaning all night... To start with, i was reading the i weekly magazine... at around 12++am... den i wanted to sleep so went to wash face and brush teeth... but suddenly become so fresh and energetic... So i went to fill the bucket to mop the floor... not a good start at all cos the handle of the bucket let go and all the water splashed to the floor... Luckily, i was still in the toilet... Den i filled another.... Radio was switched on at ard 2++ as it was too quiet, my sis ps me and my mum to meet zhou gong... now lets check wat i did... 1) While waiting for the bucket to fill, i cleared my desk 2) Mopped the floor... This was different from the usual moppin cos this is the spring cleaning so i moved away every single furniture (sofas, chair etc) to mop the beneath... tiring... 3) I cleaned (as in scrub and rub and everyting) the coffee table 4) I cleaned the dust on the fans 5) Cleaned the shen2 tai2 (table for bai4 bai4 use) 6) Help my mum in changing the sofa covers and arranging them... we wanted to change the way it is placed but the pattern is fixed as it is an L-shaped sofa... Too Bad... 7) I cleared all the magazines and newspapers under the coffee table to put CNY snacks Not bad rite? I did an extra service... i walked round the home to make sure the whole place is clean and tidy... Dun think i didn take note wat songs 933 is playing... it played 4 CNY songs... 1 by zoe tay and fann wong, 1 by china dolls (yes, the old 1 u alwaes hear), cai2 shen2 dao4 by ah niu and another by Andy Lau... The best song heard was by Nicholas Tse, of cos, ni3 wei1 xiao4 shi2 hao2 mei3... The CNY decorations were alreadi put up by us, the 3 sisters... Muahahaha... My mum gave the ideas and the lanterns outside my house makes this place more like yu4 hua2 yuan2... Hehez... So funny.... Lata of todae, we would be going to my uncle house... think i will catch a nap there... After we come back, mum will finish the clearing of kitchen and i will be cleaning the wine cupboard... And then, we will be all ready to welcome the new year... Yeah!!!! Ok, its 4.40 am now...I'll stop here and go sleep... Btw 933 is playing mayday jue2 jiang4.. CNY approaching Todae was 1st dae of performance for the CNY... Quite ok... aft tt went assembly to sing CNY songs... sang to my heart's content... Gota get all CO ppl stand up and sing tml... HehE... But for this, we missed the bio test... every1 told us it was very hard and aft school release we revised lyk siao... Glad to hab alot of frens helpin... Thanx lotx... the test was... Wish me gd luck... Then went to c mrs Koh cut tt pig's eye... Invaluable experience, i wud sae, cos no1 wud be crazy enuf to do tt for no reason... They took their ap test result and alot of them wanted to drop... Haiz... Bio... lll... Den walked home wif Xinyi eating ice-cream, reward for finishing the test... CNY is coming... And i hab made some conclusions abt it... 1) Its ending as soon as it comes 2) No more long holidaes (those march or june hoildae are meant for studying, not enjoy) 3) Busy preparation for concert (orientation and other performances are over except the outdoor 1 on 10/2) 4) Getting results for O'level chinese real soon(All the best to me) 5)MANY MANY AND MANY REMEDIALS AND STAYING BACK. expected to reach home at ard 7 (+transport) 6)STRESS STRESS AND MORE STRESS Ok, thats enuf. if it continues, i'll die... CNY clothes shopping Chinese New year is coming... in 2 weeks time... decided to gib myself a break yesterdae... Didn go yuhua but went shopping for clothes... had a happier time than practising every saturdae... Haha... after CO went orchard to meet my sis... Damn hungry so went to eat pepper lunch (YEAH!! cos tt wat i wanted to eat for a long time but no time to go)... I had beef pepper rice while she had steak... hers was betta... the steak was so nice and tender tt i keeping coping from her... u cn choose how cooked it is as u coook it urself and i must sae, my sis did a good job... Hehe... Den walked to Heeren... (we could have pepper lunch at somerset, nearer to Heeren but sis did not want to meet some ppl she dun want to)... i went city chain to look for watches but nth catches my eyes... *Disappointed*... Sis went to look for shoes but nth suits her needs... Den i wanted to buy CNY clothes... we had to choose between walking back to Far East or head to Bugis... I chose Bugis.... Worse choice i ever made... the crowd was.... OMG... we even had to wait for 2 red lights to cross the road... went to the 1st floor... relli too many ppl tt i cant get to look out for clothes i want... we stopped at 1 shop as the the shirt with shiny words caught our eye... NO size for me... *sad* We decided to try our luck at 2nd floor.... Cos its not so crowded... Practically all the clothes dun fit me becos i m fat or they are just for petite gals... Haiz... Finally came to a shop... the design of the clothes are meant to be worn loosely.... i bought a set (finally)... Hehe... Relli satisfied wif it.... Spent over $50 for 2 tops and 1 bottoms... My legs were relli tired aft all the walking and went to delifrance for dinner... cos my lunch hab not digested yet.... Only had time for a peach tart and my sis, and egg mayo bread set meal... cos my mum hurried us to buy dinner for my sis.... Den we rushed to mrrt station oni to receive a call from her to sae that my dad had done the job... !!!!.... Den took mrt home... *tired but satisfied* @ 1/15/2006 09:10:00 AM
CCA Orientation 2006 Thurs and Fri were the Sec 1 CCA Orientation... CO spent alot of time preparing... the overall outcome was quite good, i wud sae... we had more ppl signing up on thurs den on fri... the most infuriating on thurs for me... 2 boys who were very interested (according to dewei) ran away when they saw me and signed up when they were approached by dewei... !!!!!... Hehe... Took some pics on fri... C such a big crowd... And it is definitely the CO... u can c it from wei zhe's poster...  1st stop... the strings section...

Public holidae tml Tml is a public holidae... *So Happy*... Well i think this is the only time i feel lyk writing blogs.... Not too many homeworks to do.... So todae can watch tv as much as i lyk... YEAH!!! I think i have diff taste from many ppl... In watching tv, i mean... ALOT of ppl are watching ai de zhang men ren... but i juz dun c wats so nice abt it... i lyk lovers in paris betta... So sad tt its only on mon and tues... Some feelings this few daes... i relli think i am goin to hab serious you1 yu4 zhen4.... Somethings juz cant get off my mind... i cant let go... relli... haiz... not only the recent things... but oso things of the past... i juz cant get rid of them, esp when i c them being brought up again... anyway, i dunno how to settle them... too many things cropping up in my mind at a time... i hab no time to settle them... not even 1... this is a thing which even 100 days of public holidae cant help... Saturdae CO So many daes nv blog le... cos school reopen... haiz... i dun lyk it... nxt wk wud be beta... wif tues as holidae... haha... Todae was so tiring... went co the whole dae... morning was sectionals... mr yeo didn came... and he wudn be coming for the nxt 4 mths... cos his primary school is having a competition 4 mths lata and he hab to teach them on saturdae... haiz... mr lee wud be takin over our qi zou for da li qing feng... that wud be so sad... cos we wud hav no plucking teacher.... Aft that went to yuhua... mr goh taught me 3 xian... but the 1st thing he said when he saw me wif the 3 xian was that "Relli? Not easy leh"... OMG... Is he inferring to sth?? hmmmm.... Nvm... I learned the parts i didn know b4... some fingerings was changed and had difficulty coping... tts not the worse part... the bad one is that i had to change the way my left hand handle the 3 xian... very diff frm pipa style... the 3 xian is held between my thumb and index finger there... unlyk pipa which is supported by thumb... haiz...
