my house had been totally in the mood for new year since abt half a month ago.. besides the many mickey and minnie new year deco and 2 citrus plants in the living room, my house had always been filled with the smell of pineapple tarts!! cos my mum received alooooooot of orders.. believe me, she makes the best pineapple tarts la!! wahahaa ok i m so proud of my mum again =))

CNY eve

went to school earlier(abt 7pm) cos danhong they all wanted to have breakfast tgt.. i brought my favourite bak kwa!! the performance was ok, at least better than the 1st dry run, but we still dun have our main suona melody lah.. oops..

justin jiejie came back!! wahaha his hair is actually quite ok but he refuse to take off his cap.. when we were in the canteen he saw his friend, which is the j3 relieve pe teacher.. and i think justin told him wat we said abt him.. not very sure cos i was too ps and turned away.. he is crazy la!

den we were supposed to go town buy ade present before meeting the other seniors in city hall.. but there were sooooooo many ppl we couldn board practically all the buses.. yes so we were wasting justin precious time, until we decided to take 170 to bugis and change to mrt.. he told us lots of army stuffs and yes we saw that pe teacher's house.. it was such a prominent landmark.. lol...

we had totally no idea wat to buy... walk here and there until we decided to settle everything in precious thots.. dh and shanly are sure very accurate about the money spent.. trying to mix and match the things so that we hit exactly our budget.. haha.. i think the 2 guys were bored during our shopping trip..

den had lunch with alvin shijun ade liyan at pizza place in raffles..

somehow 1 of the 2 order forms became like this.. haha..

but i would say the pasta is not very good.. sihui's recommendation of aglio in pastamania is much better can..

right after some chatting i had to go home.. tonnes of last min cleaning needs to be done.. and reunion dinner by my mum was great... she even attempted buddha jumps over the wall.. the contents inside are solid la!! hehe... and of cos, our usual celebration of any special events, CHEERS!!

CNY day1

went to my ah ma's house bai nian as usual.. i finally know how to play mahjong le!! abit noob though compared to my father and sis and cousin, but at least i know how to win.. still not very sure how to count the tais.. shall polish up at sihui's place!! wahaha.. played the ban luck for my cousin cos he was tied up doing other things.. he gave me $2 and i helped him win $20!! omg this is really a HUAT year for me!! erm i think its for him la, since i played in his name and ppl born in the yr of ox is believed to have a good fortune this year..

nth much until my family went to watch cj7 in cp at night..

in 1 word the show was disappointing.. wasnt funny, couldnt laught out loud at any parts throughout the show.. ok maybe only 1 or 2.. had really high hopes since stepne chow's movies are always quality guaranteed.. some ppl were really laughing hard in the cinema but i duno is it me or wat, i dun find it funny at all.. ok maybe it was abit educational but at the end of the show, i think all kids will say, "i just want a 7 zai" instead.. but cheers to the girl who acted as the small boy, her expressions were great, and so are some expressions of 7 zai..

well anw, my family concluded that it wasnt really worth the $10 per pax..
