a review of PW got back my PW results today. thank goodness we got A. and i mean the whole group. kinda unexpected. now to think of it, really wana thanks ms ruby ng. =) it all started out different from others for me. after the 1st 3 months i was in s04 before transferring to s09. the 1 and only person i knew in the group was jieying, recommended by audrey. but soon it went on well when i start to know more abt the 2 evil stepsisters. hoho. of cos there was this guy called james in our group, whose actions and behavior was....... very different from us. the individual components went on well. i rmb our whole group ( i mean the girls) was praised by ms ng in the class before. so we didnt had to do any major amendments to any of the pi or eom or wat i cant rmb. den the group project started. drive thru mac was our fav meet place. centralised for every1, but i didnt know the way there at the start. haha. changed from jane goodall to some inventor of spects. the inventor of spects 1 took us like 6hr if i not wrong to generate something for ms ng. but in the end we still changed to bill gates. den ppl were telling us how controversial this guy is and made us really worried. but we still carried on with it. and we came out with really good ideas, though there were still flaws here and there. the rest of the year aft that was still spent in the mac or in civics centre library. sitting under the tree in children section of level 4 was classic. and we were like scolding the librarian behind the back when he/she kept looking at us but didnt chase us off. haha. and of cos kudos to the 2 stepsisters, cos they were the 1s doing most of the typing and editing. we even came up with the relay system so that the person who started the msg can save some money. but still, had to change the system due to some...... ppl unable to cooperate. haha. all the hardwork finally gets down to the last component- group presentation. we really spent a lot of time on this. going to people's house to do the ppt and prac oral. another classic- me and jieying dressed up as elderly in xiuwen's house. oh how cool. powder all over our hair, low spectsm duno whose ah ma clothes. LOL. and we went xiangjun's house prac before too. not to forget prac session with mk's group. i corrected quite a fair bit of my terrible oral, speaking out loud at the slope of oasis. haha. the whole year of hardwork paid off, not only the grades but the invaluable chance to know ppl like stepsis and jieying better. though we might not be the fun-est group, we still managed to pull thru the whole process and have no regrets. thank you xiangjun, xiuwen, jieying, and ok james. u all had taught me a lot of things that i didnt know, and get the results i never expect to get. for the last time, congrats to NJ081 - "Gate"way to gates!! =D |
