reminisce its going to be prom tml. but i aint excited at all. its getting on my nerves these few days. before touching on those, lets talk abt yesterday.  thanks to sihui, charlie, seokhoon, felicia, chuanfa, sze sian and kevin, who went down to suntec and celebrate my bdae. how thoughtful of them to come up it even thoough its quite long ago. as in i was paiseh that they took their time out to do that. heh. thanks for the cake too! and after lunch at pepper lunch we found our way to marina square. i was amazed when charlie tried to give me comments about the prom accessories i wanted to buy. ok he should make quite a good boyfriend so interested ppl can contact me. lol! ok i think he's attached. haha! but every1 went against his opinions. lol. i bought the other 1 instead. haha.. but i didnt get to buy the ring in the end. cos not my size. and i cant find it till now. no choice i shall just live with it.i guess i irritated everyone, esp my family members, about prom. you may be thinking wats the big deal abt a prom? but u cant say so given my fickle-mindedness. and the mentality of making the most out of the least money i can. if sis is reading this, sorry! i guess i pretty much made a big fuss out of small things cos of my mood. and there's this problem about growing up. i thot i am already 1, when sis stayed in hostel. well you dunno how dependent i have been on sis for everything. from settling problems, to dressing and everything under the sun. well i have tried to survive on my own more after that. like calling strangers which i seriously dun like to, helping mum with things which usually sis do... there's probably too mamy all along that i cant rmb all. but after this incident, i feel that i am not that independent anw. there are so so so many times where i still need to fall back to her. but i will try to. perhaps slower. slower. ok i have to stop here or i will end up like this morning tml morning. ok i know no1 understand. and i had been thinking, so what was i doing 2 years back?? in a similar scenario 2 years back. when O level just ended. ah i was busy. happily. prom has ended and i had no worries or troubles abt it at all. and i was in shanghai with the co ppl already. its the 1st few days so i should be with the yan an high school ppl. its night time so we wre probably playing in the vip hostel room. thats the period of time i really enjoyed the most. including the penang trip that followed straight after. it was really fun in yan an. trying out a whole new school experience. playing with mr sashi and the co & band people. looking at the mirror and says, " who's that pretty girl in the mirror?" or stuff my small pouch into the winter jacket and try to act like i am pregnant. we love to eat ice cream from the small provision under our hostel cos its really cheap and cool to eat ice in the freezing cold weather. looking forward, its getting pretty dull. as in work is going to kick in really soon (though i really need that money) and the penang trip is still quite sometime ahead. i cant wait for it seriously. i want to go play with suzanne, or zoey who always dao me, hear jiaxin call me "er jie jie" in the cutest tone no1 can imitate, have a really lame chat with xiao jiu which i really miss, get da yi zhang to drive us around to get things we want, go as a big group for our usual feasts (pizza hut, dim sum, seafood at the seaside etc), take those bumpy car rides to visit relatives which i surprising miss cos its once in a year kinda thing, go shopping at the familiar places like bukit jambul and sunshine square... oh my the list is too long i cant list everything out. but i really cant wait. bahhhhh. co chalet 2008 wed went town to find sis. walk ard and booked an appointment for my dental. yes i am going to put braces. lets hope i will look better =D after that went to find the chalet ppl at coasta sands. ate subway and went arcade. i think jiahao needs to go to the rehab centre like seriously. he's addicted to the street basketball thing. i didnt know it was that bad. lol. went back to our chalet. it was freaking big, and ulu. the route from coasta sands to aloha loyang was damn far. i said 1000times that i am not walking it again, satying in the chalet. but i still walked that route for 1000times. LOL!  den was bathing. u know it clarice spends 100000yrs. and she insists on having dialogue session outside cos she's scared. haha. this means i have to talk for 100000yrs. heh. and den was mahjong and more talking. abt sijia's coming india trip, focusing mainly on a bunch of shitting stuff. HAHA! den i went to sleep. emerging as the person who slept the longest- 4hours, for the 1st night.morning came and ppl started sleeping. LOL. so the awake ppl took a walk to coasta sands. but the air is like very fresh and weather was great. packed some mac for the chalet ppl and mr bean for myself and we went back. i like sitting with a lot of ppl tgt for breakfast. wat we only do during holidays. so the juniors, me xx and shanly were sitting ard the big dining table eating breakfast and listening to 933. and we kept criticising the songs. very funny. but every1 was sleepy while me, the-person-who-slept-the longest, was the only high 1. heh. mahjong after that. with serene jiahao and zhihan. den ppl start to go out to ride bike. but i didnt want to. so we continued mahjong. but jiahao went to play psp instead. bored, we played with the tiles and thats wat zhihan did. random, i just found it in my phone. lol.  being super bored, we went to coasta sands to find danhong they all. AGAIN. and cos we need to lock the doors, we didnt know which 1s we had to lock. and the sliding door had no keys so we locked it from inside and climbed out from the window which has a spoilt lock. not we but zhihan only. but we forget that the next 1 to go in must climb in from the window! haha. so they went arcade. AGAIN. we were discussing wat movie to watch and was choosing betwn wild child (more of a bimbo show) or quarantine (horror). obviously i strongly wanted wild child. i said i wont walk horror again after final dest. but jiahao said if their bb bal could hit 600 marks den we will watch quarantine. i thot they were just like 500+ a little only so i took u the bet. but wth they hit 610 after the 2nd try. OMG.  so we went to watch quarantine. shan shan came late so we went in 20min later. i am so glad we did that. cos the whole show is so gross. i hardly saw a few min cos i was covering all along. the sound effects were gross enough. like mega. ok lets stop talking abt that. we were discussing our way back to the chalet. shanshan and shanly are the pro 1s. they hardly covered any scenes. mad. how come shangfei is not. ok hope u see the link.bbq after we reached. shijun alvin shanshan were the 1 setting up the fire. look act shijun's pose. haha!  den the rest were playing mahjong or stone/watch tv... mahjong is really played throughout the 3 days. heh. and i realised the strings ppl were the 1 doing the bbq. but wait there is 1 person missing. yes song minghan. he was eating and playing away. so he action action go make the satay. but actually he very funny. after the bbq ended he stick the left over marsh mallow on the pit. haha! how lazy! strings section =D they are the largest section that went.. besides food, there were also talking sessions =D  ok night played murderer. i was so scared to be the murderer la! and somehow i was so tired that i was spotted with a default winking mode when i am not trying to wink. haha! so went in the the room and talk with the seniors. talk talk talk until i fell asleep again.morning woke up to stone. and cleared up the place. meichen is good at distributing the chiken wings =D haha so every1 went home with some leftovers and we went coasta sands to eat breakfast. happening sunday-JJ party 3 morning rush to northpoint to get my new phone. cos we were running late for the lunch. in the end settled it really fast. i am really happy with my nice new phone ok. which is CHEAPER THAN OTHER STALLS. lol. lunch at Carltons Hotel to celebrate Kaiqi's birthday. the food was nice but i realise my cam skills are not good using uncle bing's dslr. the food and cake was nice though. too bad sis couldnt join us cos she is still having exams. up next, JJ party 3! met up with euods and chuanfa 1st and we thot the queue was really long. end up it was some asia conference thing. so we went all the way in to hall 10. it was raining though so we couldnt get in the public queue. the fan club queue was really long and sheltered. and they always have very outgoing girls coming over to get ppl to join the fc. lol. we were very worried at 1st abt being cheated on winning the tickets. haha. but we still got the ticket and the 2 crazy girls (sihui & euods) chiong all the way in when the door opens. so did we. haha! and managed to get quite a good seat. after waiting and waiting, the party finally started. and i thot JJ singing was really good. and many of his songs accompanied me through sec school. like that ah ma song which me huili michelle yiqian used for our music project. wow wow.  me and seok hoon =))   after the party there was this autograph session. after much hesitation i still bought the album. lol! ok la its really nice anw. though my mum has been saying abt the money spent (tok abt it later). so me waikit sihui queued and got his autograph =D all thanks to euods chuanfa and seokhoon for rushing to help us buy! ok i think JJ is uber cool now. i mean now. cos i hadnt been crazy over some1 for long. heh. i think the longest was... oops ok i shall not say. hmm but i am actually not really that crazy now la. haha his song is just my ringtone. lol. ok la my highness always goes aways ina few days. haha.pre-prom blues.... well now that its less than a week to prom, i am feeling the pinch. yes i mean money. while i get to save on the dress, shoes, travelling (thanks to xiuwen!), the whole makeover is the thing which i cant afford to scrimp on. as sis says, thats the deciding factor for the whole thing. you know the dilemma of price and quality rite. if its too cheap, you will start thinking whether its good. when its too ex cos its some famous brand, you feel the pain. ouch. and i am feeling it now. and this is the time i feel like a grown up. a real 1. remember when i was young, i would secretly put some makeup in mum's toilet and pretend i am acting in a show or something. and when no1 is at home, i would take out those "kok kok" shoes to walk around the house. ya you know how loner i am, doing all those things alone. and these few days while getting ready for the prom, start trying out the heels and research on the make-up stuffs, i start to realise, i am no longer the kid i am yesterday. i will wear those heels out 1 day, not looking at them alone at home (well i am not the kind of person who likes heels, esp given my height). thats pretty cool. the growing up phase. how fast time past! ok its bedtime again. happening saturday ok a lot of things happened this weekend. like mega a lot. so i shall talk abt saturday 1st. but i must say 1st, the JJ PARTY 3 ON SATURDAY WAS GREAT!! ok at least i enjoyed myself. no regrets. heh. talk abt it in another post. too many things to settle currently... saturday 1st thing was jinxian and joson birthday celebration at bugis. met up with danhong, xx, jiahao, clarice and minghan earlier to get their presents. and settled at wong kok char chan teng. the food was so-so and it was funny when me and clarice had our desert before meal. not my fault is she decide 1. lol. and my camera was always taken away to take pics. so i have sooooo many. didnt delete them (too lazy) and everything is in the photo bucket album.  but almost all my photos were taken by the irritating song minghan (and yes he was ultra irritating on that day dun ask me why). these were the only 2 decent photos.  due to the fact that the 2 birthday boys are sitting infront of me, i have like uber lots of their pics! lol.. but no i am not going to post all. all is in the album. here's them with their cake. the whole process. joson has a funny way of making a wish. jinxian used his ultra powers to cut the cake. heh. joson ends up stabbing the cake so jinxian took over to toss the cake onto the plates. haha! and these are the ndae boys with their presents! haha funny.. no i didnt say they got their presents from their scandals. oops or did i? lol.. and because we have a bdae boy, we got a complimentary mega teh bing. no i am not kidding. it is mega. jiahao offered to let us compare with his head. and its like much much bigger. since its proven that his head is very big, by MI, the teh bing is omega big. ok not funny. but the guys like to drink from the teh bing.  after that went for xj's chalet. she was pretty busy so her youngest sister was teh 1 entertaining us.. and she did 100 sit ups non stop. ok gold award winner for future napfa! haha!  we went out with xj on her errands to get marsh mallows and bananas. at the E hub. the ferris wheel is nice at night! and u can see a bunch of aunties choosing bananas. lol. mk just tried to imitate a gorrilla again, in the PUBLIC. gosh dun doubt she's really 18 this year.  after coming back, she was busy again. but this time we got lots of food to eat. so we started a mass feeding sessions. lol but all the potatoes and everything were peeled by our kind yili. we just did the eating. lol. and xj's parents attempted to make us bloated by stuffing us with lots and lots and lots of food. haha!  ok last but not least the group photos with some random shots. her sister laid on my legs for like half and hour refusing to get off. even after i threaten to throw her into wild wild wet in the middle of the night! oh my i suddenly felt i was so evil. but i dun think she was really afraid, cos she continue lying there for like 15 min more! haha!  alright thats all. i shall continue with looking thru the jj photos. and uploading them to my phone. he is my new idol now!! =DD double J (lol!) bdae celebration : http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v708/sophiaeng_90/jinxian%20joson%20bdae%2022112008/ xj chalet: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v708/sophiaeng_90/xj%20chalet/ Saturday, November 22, 2008 @ 11/22/2008 11:12:00 PM

1st day after As its the 1st official day after A levels.. and wat have i done?? as planned, i spent a day with myself. hmmm most of the day. packing all my stuffs. its getting unsightly, especially after that day yili called to discuss some mcq qns. i dun usually look back on the past tutorials so i had a hard time ravaging through the already very messy stacks of paper. and the worst thing is that the mess span out from my room, to the empty room, to the study room. heh. sis and mum had been nagging non-stop since i duno when. and so, as promised, i cleared out everything the minute exams end. not like i can stand all these ya ( i am a very neat person too!! =x), just that the stuffs are too much and too troublesome for a person already frenzied due to exams to start clearing those stuffs. the other way round would be much easier. LOL. i spent quite sometime moving everyhting from the rooms to the study room. and den threw everything down to the floor. sitting in the middle of a pile of papers, i started sorting them out. i am not that kind of ppl who can throw everything away. i after packing for 5min, i will think for 5 min whether i need this and that. taking the whole morning. heh. the papers that will be recycled are sorted according to subjects can! haha shows how much time i have. my mum saw me doing the picture. and was amazed that i show ppl how messy i am. well its ok la since its a spick-and-span study table now. and its going to be like that for at least 8 months more =D  i was too ambitious though. i wanted to finish packing everything (including the photos in the com and the clothes in the wardrobe) so that i can enjoy the rest of the holidays to the fullest (nag-free). haha. but i was too tired after clearing the desk and just went online. haha. well well you cant really see the rest ya. haha.and the upcoming week will be a happy, and fun week =) tml: co ppl bdae celebration and XJ chalet sun: klarice (my cousin) bdae lunch meet tues: shopping with the girls wed-thurs: co chalet (if i am not wrong) fri: kbox (to be confirmed) will be back with more photos after tml =D Thursday, November 20, 2008 @ 11/20/2008 09:52:00 PM
end of As + class gathering HELLO A LEVEL HAS ENDED!! HURRAY!! the feeling of all the exams being over didnt quite sink into my mind.. until the last 2 min of bio mcq i was staring at the clock and thinking, omg is everything really going to end?? and so i handed in the oas. and heaved a sigh of relief. finally. i have a long list of to-do, to-blog, to-watch list that i am so excited that i will have all the time to do it. muahahaha =)) lets talk abt today. the class gathering after the paper. cmk went. she should lor since there are no more excuses to go home and study. and so a whole bunch of us (around 13?) went to plaza sing.. to redeem the swensens voucher we won some time back and have a class lunch.. we loitered around before going in. and so 5 of us shared an earthquake. and each person only need to pay $1.30 because we have the vouchers. cool! anw i am good for not posting xiuwen's unglam pic. she can go to the photobucket to get it though. hehe.  the groups of ppl.. each shared 1 earthquake =) and here's some group pics. and mk's spas pic with the hat she made herself.. and we went to toilet like super a lot of times cos we keep drinking water in swensens and cafe cartel..  oh yup i forget to say we went to cafe cartel for lunch. wow value for money given that its only $9.50nett for a full course meal.. and there's free flow of bread so i am like super full after that.. bio p3 & breakfast at LJS  and it was bio paper 3. i know everyone would say thats its easy. but the fact that every1 wrote like more than 1 pg for the benefits stuff makes me worried. cos i wrote less than a pg. and it seems like point form cos my points aint very long and elaborated. and the instructions says "write in continuous prose". so. i am scared. every1 is going to get full marks for the essay qn except me. =(after the paper the girls went for brekkie at long john. yes i think their sandwich is super value for money, cos its so nice, except that over-diluted orange juice. and went walk walk around. i seriously want to stop thinking abt exams stuffs i tell u. anything else is good. arghh the thot of that bio papers is back!! no pics still cos i haben got them yet... 18- the official grown-up and so i am older this year.. happy brithday to me =DD though this birthday is amidst the examination period, i truly appreciate the many many friends out there who remember my birthday, and texted me a bday wish.. from primary school friends to secondary and JC.. according to the time they sent me the message, Ivy, shanly, shufen, sihui, danhong, meichen, xiaoxi, sis, xiangling, yanyan, joson, clarice, zongxian, ewe, xiangjun, claire, shihui, yili, audrey, junyi, duqian, chuanfa, weining, liyan, waikit, xiuwen, meikwan, seok hoon, felicia, huilin.. (edit) and peiming, euods, ninet too!! =))) here's a big thank u!!! all of u r loved!!! <333 size="5">big birthday surprise by the co ppl!!! oh my i really really got a shocked!! this time its serious!! to think that they collaborated with my sis for it. rmb for these years we had been planning for bday surprises, but it had always been quite predictable. but this time round, i was really surprised!! me and sis were in the library today and when we left for lunch, she suggested pizza hut. say she treat me since its my bday. i was thinking "wah weekend, so ex! dun want la!" so when we were at the door i grabbed her arm and wanted to tell her dun eat that. but when the lady ask seats for how many ppl, she said we were looking for someone. i was like HUHHH????? and a quick glance in i saw the whole row of them sitting inside, still shout somemore! oh man! so after the meal shanly danhong clarice walk off, going to the toilet tgt. lol! but suddenly there was this birthday song from the speaker. and it kept repeating and repeating!! haha so spas! and the waitress in pizza hut even decorated the cake with some tomatoes and grass. haha so funny!! thanku so much to shijun, ade, alvin, clarice, danhong, shanly, minghan, jinxian, joson who went! my day was really more like a bday (& not another mugging day) thanks to u all! well the day didnt end like that. the eng family went out to eat and back home, i went to open the fridge (which i wasnt supposed to). so it spoilt their surprise for me cos i saw the cake already. lol! but anw they still carried on with their plan and sang the song after i came out from the shower.. yay my fav mango cake =)) muahahaha! i am really a happy girl!! =))) pics tml after bio! after 1 week of As 1 week has passed, the most hiong week. but i aint really happy at all. cos things about all the papers that i had were lingering in my mind since the papers ended. but i have no wish to face them, to discuss about the answers, cos i am afraid, of knowing how badly i have done. yes i would run away after they say that we are dismissed, blast dao xiang on mp3 to block out all the hc or nj ppl discussing on the bus. it would be good to just delude myself for the next 2-3 months, that is before the results come out. or i hope i am just thinking too much and actually i did very well *continues deluding myself* thats why i always tell mama i need a brainwashing machine, to stop myself from thinking and thinking abt wat i had done and move on. come on shangfei, move on!!! 5 more days of papers in 2 weeks to go!!
