job hunting day supposed to put on braces today. but dr poon not free. so tml... well early in the morning RE called me to go for a job interview in FACTORY AREA again. do i look i like to work in those place?? its admin assistant for legal department of a manufacturing company (for sofas). den HR of FNCC called to say they are in the midst of confirming my extension of contract. wah i was thinking whether i shud go for the interview but in the end i still did. the place was ultimate ulu. worst den fncc. i lost my way cos i tink the directions given by RE was not right. lucky a kind uncle stopped and DROVE me there. ok i hesitated whether i shud board but i was running late for the interview. so i did. lucky i was not kidnapped. lol. the place look more grand then fncc though. all the chairs are sofas (for obvious reason). the interview was with the legal consultant. a lady who end up talking with me abt stuff like A level and her nephew who is currently taking the IB. but the department has only 3 ppl (include me if i join them). omg and no canteen, no lunch nearby since its the factory area. need to bring ur own food. after walking out from there i seriously think i dun want to work there. also not that they confirm want me since there are other candidates. shortly after my boss of fncc called to tell me she would fight for my job not via RE anymore so that the pay would be higher. so i thot that would be good. but the moment i put down the phone, RE called again. say I GOT THE JOB. omg. like how. i said i dun want but the person repeated at least 10 times "REALLY?" make me waver. cos the sofa company changed the contract so that i can end by june cos during the interview i said i dun want to work in july. but i still said "dun want la". ok thats abt it i just wanted to tok abt the eventful thing. well i really feel like working in city areas instead (though tranpsort cost incurred) den in factory for the rest of the holidays. so i made the right choice hor! i just need assurance that i did the right thing. lol. |
