saturdays are meant to be fun ;) for the whole week, was busy at work in RE. no cases closed but quite a lot of interviews i would say. anw a filipino guy of mine was offered on fri evening. so should be able to close by mon. yes tt would be great. fast forward to the more interesting stuff. audrey and duqian gave me a shock 1 fine morning when i was in mrt going to work. they were calling from airport before their flight to tw and hk. oh my tian so envy them! they were like highing thru the phone haha. guess they are enjoying the trip now! went to SMU biz tea session on fri evening. actually go for fun de lor. i knew wat they were going to say. heh. and i went alone. glad i made a new fren there, Estelle from nyp. we are in the exact same boat omg. so we had lots to chat abt. thru the session to mrt.. she hasnt msg me so it means she have yet to decide on uni choice as well! saturday morning went to NUS to meet claire bear for the science open house. not tea session anymore cos no tea was served! ok they gave the 2 of us 'lao kok' dousa bun but gave others high tech yeast bread. well anw the point is that life sci looks 10x more interesting than chem. and after all the sessions i went, i just felt that all schools are equally good :( its not helping pls. after that hungry us had lunch at this mega bites cafe or sth like tt. the system was weird and we have no idea wat on earth was the short short waitor talking abt. the food was not bad for its price with quite big servings just that there is more room for improvements. lol.  after that took the train down cine to look for sihui. ok i only get a glimpse of her before she went into the big room for the compeition. it must be fun la.. hope she is shorlisted! i want free lunch =D  after that went to meet the RE temps for gathering cum celebrating pauline's bdae at mind cafe. actually all of them are ex-temps except me, pauline and william. so i was quite scared it would be awkward. but NO. they are all funny and fun-loving ppl. easy to chat and make frens with. i spent the whole afternoon laughing non stop i tell u, until almost teared. the guys are tooooo funny!! we played quite a lot of games, esp this 1 called repeat pete. it killed 100000 of my brain cells because at 1 time we were supposed to rmb more than 30 actions! and ugly ugly was really violent can! and i heard the many many stories abt the temps. like super temp owen, the super smart guy going to medicine. clarice he's going to be your course mate! and kenny who quit after 10 days, how fierce the perms were in the past.... and wanxuan, the temp before me which i took over was super nice as well! she shared with me some tricks to do the job better as well! after the guys left we went to plaza sing for some girls talk and ice cream at gelare. amazing how easy it is to talk with them abt almost everything, from uni to RE stuff to the future and school.......... definitely an enjoyable session. well ppl who RE chose are definitely not those shy shy ppl i would say!  thats abt all, week starting again! and sis is goin america this tues.. |
